"Customer service could be a lot quicker"
I actually like the lights themselves, and I think most customers would probably be happy with the product once it arrives. The frustrating part for me was trying to get help from lights.com. I emailed about an issue with my order and had to wait several days for a response. When they finally replied, it was brief and didn’t really answer what I asked, so I ended up needing to follow up again. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for me, and I’d imagine for other customers too, the support was just way too slow.

"Still remember how frustrating the setup felt"
I still remember sitting there way longer than I expected, getting more and more annoyed trying to set this up. The instructions weren’t very clear, so what should’ve been simple turned into this whole frustrating process.

"Shipping took forever, lol"
I ordered some lights and the delivery was kind of a mess. The tracking barely updated, and the package showed up way later than the original estimate. I even had to email them just to get basic info, lol. The lights themselves were fine, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order from lights.com again.

"Broke after a week"
This was disappointing. It felt like cheap plastic right out of the box, and after only a week it already broke. To make it worse, I had to stand around waiting in a long queue just to deal with it, which made the whole thing even more annoying

"Nice look, but a little less special in person"
These Lights.com do look nice and they fit the style of my room well. I like the overall shape and the finish is decent, but I kept noticing little things in person that didn’t stand out in the photos, like how the edges catch the light and the way the glow looks from certain angles. Nothing major, just enough that they felt a bit less special than I expected.
